Would a foam wedge seats protect my back while I am typing?
I get a bit of backache after a typing session. I have seen foam wedge cushions advertised. Some have a hole for the base of the spine.
Do these wedge cushions genuinely help protect the back, or are they just a gimmick. I am thinking about the wedges you sit on. Some of them are expensive, and I don't want to spend money on something that does not help.
Your best bet is to get a lumbar cushion to support your lower back. This will help align your spine correctly.
