if you live in HOA neighborhood, ask them the covenant rule on this...most HOA rules would not allow this.
I had similar thing with a person running a business out of their RENTED home. Their employees would come all hours of the night and were totally disrespecting home owners...They were reported to HOA and were told to stop. they eventually moved THANK GOD......HOA does serve a useful purpose.
If you don't have HOA, check with local parking enforcement...Most will not allow commerical trucks on residential streets parked more than 2-3 hours at a time.
