Is Total Body Conditioning the same as Body Pump?
I love the Body Pump classes that are part of the Les Mills system but they don't seem to exist in NY. I'd like to find the equivalent if there is one.
And what is Body Sculpt?
Body Pump is ace....conditioning is more aerobic with some light weights but not quite the same. Kettle balls is the new thing!!!!! You may want to check out.
