I have to get it in ivory, because the party is color themed.
What should I wear it with?

I would either wear a black long-sleeve shirt, fitted, with some sort of detail (like sequins or sparkles) on it or a white v-neck shirt with a simple, black long-sleeve cardigan over it. For shoes, wear something like this:
