rocker chic theme for debut.?

hi, can you suggest any ideas that is “rocker chic theme”? my daughter will turn 18 this April, her motif will be pink and black. I want a party that has an ambiance of rock n’ roll at the same time will not ruin the traditional way of having a debut party, i don’t want a party that is kinda rebellious. i want it simple yet elegant. and do you have any substitute for 18 roses,candles,gifts..that is suitable for her theme..? thanks a lot..=)

Well, the roses could be all black and punk, you know? And the rock 'n roll part should be a great theme- you could have the stereo playing rock 'n roll songs and every activity they do could be linked to rock 'n roll. For example, it'd be pretty cool if they took turns playing a guitar or singing to a rock 'n roll song on a "stage" (whether they're good or not- it'll just be for fun) and the best guitarist/singer would get a "Grammy" or whatever they do at rock concerts... And it'd be really cool if the lights were always dimmed and colorful lights were flashing around like at a rock concert and you could serve soda and things like that... As long as they have fun it'll be great. You should ask your daughter what kinds of activities she would like to do and all you have to do is figure out a way to link it to rock 'n roll.
