Which of these beds is best for colonial/new england themed room?

I am trying to go for a colonial/cozy new england/early american/cottage style in my bedroom. I live near Salem, MA and thought it would be cool to make the room somehow incorporate that into it. So I am thinking of getting a bed that would look similar to one that could be found in a historical house in Salem or Plymouth.

Which of these beds do you think best suits the era and look I am going for? I digitally put in the cottage quilt I ordered to see how it would look...

Wow... they are all so beautiful! I particularly like 2 & 3 the best.... and if it were me choosing, I'd go with 2 ... but that's me.

(Maybe 2 is more country looking.... and 3 a bit more Colonial?... I'm not sure)
