A child's movie I'd seen as a kid, but can't remember the name?

It starts off there are two kids in their grandparents attic and slip into a long dresser mirror where they enter a (patchwork,stitched-up) world and get taken to a dark castle on a stuffed, (stitched-up) elephant where an evil queen (witch) has a tree, (protected by a crystal glass cover), which is covered in tiny oranges that she eats? Don't know what for. Hope that made sense. My mind would be put to rest if someone could help me find this. It means so much to me. xx

The Huggabunch Movie.

The tree has berries on it that make the evil Queen stay young. If they touch the ground they disappear. The little girl went into the patchwork world to get some of the berries for her grandma who was getting old and losing her memory. At the end, she ends up dropping all of the berries and they disappear. Then the evil queen turns to an old ugly hag.

I really liked that movie when I was a kid.
