Is a pure home-made fruit juice good after workout?

I am weight training for muscle building and I want to get rid of the little fat covering my lower abs. After training, I have my protein shake. But often I'm confused as to what carbs should I eat as the post workout meal. Can I have fruit juice. I simply put the fruits in the mixer and add a little water. No sugar. I think it's pure healthy juice. Is that ok?

Fresh fruit juices are excellent and full of minerals that you have probably lost during a heavy work out! This said, you don't have to mix so many fruits, this is in fact a mistake because as healthy as they are, fruits are full of SUGAR!
