What mattress pad have you experienced or are experiencing that just makes you say "oh this is heavenly!" Is it a feather down type of mattress pad, pillowtop mattress pad, memory foam mattress pad, or something else? I just purchased a new bed but it's pretty cheap and basic so I want a mattress pad that will make my bed feel like it costs hundreds of dollars. We have a nicer mattress set but, we also have a dog and two kids so we wanted to keep it nice for a long time. We bought a SERTA waterproof padded pillowtop mattress pad. It's so comfy and nice. It's washable and easy to put back on the bed. The elastic is durable and easy to stretch under the mattress. It stays put and doesn't slide around. Since we have a deep mattress. It was resonable at Bj's wholesale it cost around $20 on clearance for a Queen size.
If you don't have a Bj's membership you can find mattress pads in all shapes, materials and sizes at Target, Marshall's, Tj Maxx, Tuesday Morning, Kmart etc..
Whatever you buy- Get two so you have an extra for washday....
