Am i greedy for wanting this much by my early 30s?
I am 25. I started a online biz late last year and am making 7-8k a month and growing. My desire keep telling me that i must make more and more (10-30k) a month ASAP to fulfill my dream by 30s. Currently living at home (low rent section 8 with my elderly parents) and I can put aside almost all my income into a low-risk investment portfolio every month.
I'd love to own an amazing house (paid for) with ocean view in Montecito and a black Porsche 911.

You sound very greedy and selfish actually, appreciate the little things in life and remember that money's not everything. There's no doubt you're doing very well and I commend you for that, nothing wrong in having dreams but try not to get lost in your dreams and lose sight of what really matters as your elderly parents won't always be here and it's best to enjoy the time you have left with them. I think that you're trying to placate yourself, the big house and fancy car never did it for me, I always prefferred having my family around.
