When someone goes to a hotel room, whether it's for business or for pleasure you expect your hotel room to be clean and as disease free as possible. But, what most people don't know is there are millions of diseases laying in wait with in your hotel room. Even the very deadly and quick moving H1N1 . These bacteria aren't just found in hotel beds, they are found in the tens of thousands and in some cases are even found in the millions. So what exactly can hotel owners do to combat these invisible terrorist. I suggest adding a duvet cover set to every bedroom. It is common knowledge that duvet covers lead to high reduction in bacteria. There are even some hotels that actually have caught on. Even I have stayed at one of these health friendly hotels. And was able to lay my head on a beautiful duvet cover set. I asked the hotel manager what kind of a duvet cover it was and he told me it was a bamboo duvet cover. These duvet covers are especially good because they protect against 99.4% of bacteria.
Some people may wonder what you can do to protect yourself from such harmful diseases and how you can change a hotel's policies when it comes to it's bedding. I suggest next time when you call to ask the price of a hotel ask if they have duvet cover sets on their beds. Decent Clubs in NYC for Bachelorette Party?
Could anyone give me names of decent clubs in NYC for a bachelorette party on a Saturday night? My matron of honor has asked me for a few, but I'm 28 and haven't been in the club scene much since I was 23!!
The place must be culturally mixed (as my friends are from just about every race), but needs to also have a good musical mix (hip-hop, latin, r&b, pop, maybe some 80s). We're all in our late 20s, early 30s and need a place for people 21 and over.
I've heard China Club, Duvet, Providence, and Blvd weren't too bad. Does anyone know what Lotus does on Saturday nights?

no no no no, all those clubs are snooty and too expensive! try going out bar hopping on the lower east side, there are so many different types of cool hip bars that will make ur night much more memorable and fun, travel to a different b ar, one and one (on 1st ave and 1st street) is a fun irish baar and downstairs is an awesome modern club, then head down the block to one of the hooka bars, dance to some crazy indian music and whoop it up, then finish at this cute hawaiian bar where they have hula dances and coconut drinks, think abotu how much ore fun u and ur group will have travelin rather than being over charged and cramped into a booth at snooty lotus or marquee. have fun!
