Can a men's designer raincoat be worn when it's dry out?
Just bought a Joseph Abboud raincoat. Never owned one of these things--it goes down to about my knees. Just wondering--are these ever worn as regular cool weather jackets? In other words, do people ever wear them when it's not raining out?
Trenchcoats/raincoats could be considered standard wear for men. Sure, it's fine to wear anytime. I've known men who didn't have any other coat.
