Guide to Farmville Decorations

Designing your farm can be as effortless or as tough as you would like it to be. While others buy any items that they want, some individuals select a motif. Some items will be unavailable to you for a while, like the Manor or Villa. As you level you will unlock these new items.

You also want your field to be functional. Keep in mind that if you want to level, you need to be able to plant on a regular basis and harvest your farm. If it’s too busy or messy, you may find this relatively hard.

Oriental

I once saw a marvelous Asian themed rice paddy and green tea farm. It is one of the prettiest and very peaceful farms I have ever seen on Farmville. It showcased the Tea House and Pagoda which overlooked the Large Pond. The farmer had chosen ducks, swans, and turtles as their farm animals. The paddy and tea fields were arranged in a design that looked a little like swirls of a zen garden. I’ve been toying with the idea of starting another farm just to create my own Oriental farm because I ltruly loved it!

Old-Time Farming

Use old-fashioned equipment and go old school! Some wonderful choices would include the log cabin, weathered barn, natural wood fencing and workshop. For this type of farm, leave out the unusual animals and think pigs, horses, cows (no weird colors!) and chickens. Don’t forget that California farmer can grow lemon trees but an Idaho farmer really can’t get away with it. Be sure to remember to add stylish designs such as the Outhouse, Woodpile, Axe and Block and Covered Wagon.

Funky Farm

Funky Farm isn’t just for the black sheep of the farming family; this is for the neon green sheep with a mohawk! Unleash your inner groove with pink and green farm animals, oddball harvests and strange extras. The Groovy Barn is an absolute necessity, although the Pink Barn is a close second. Use brightly colored hay bales and fencing to get your idea across—you are unique and not frightened to use it! Don’t fret about making all your items match too closely, allow your fancy to choose what goes on a farm this cool!

Events

Every event will have its own set of time-limited items for you to design your farm with. Some examples of remarkable events are the Carnival, Thanksgiving/Autumn theme, Christmas, and Alien Invasion. Buy an item immediately if you stumble upon something you like because it may never be obtainable again!

Other ideas which can inspire you:

Girly Girl Farm ( Lots and lots of pink things are essential for this type of farm)
Haunted Farm (You want Halloween items for this type of farm)
English Manor House (Manor plus huge ornamental gardens are musts. A hedge maze and geometric shapes, and remember the topiaries!)

Whats a Good Name for a Horror Story?

I am making a Sims 2 series, and it's going to be a horror.
There are six teens that get invited to stay at this manor, they never meant each other in their lives. But as the days go by turning into weeks, one teen goes missing, and then another, so on so on. Left with clues behind. So at the end there are only two teens left and they figure out there is a crazy Sociopath that lives under the house trying to harvest the teens organs to bring back his late wife that had died of cancer. So it's kinda like a mystery. I just need a name for it. Thanks.
