They will often capture humans and keep them in their castles, giving them a life of luxury, and draining small amounts of blood from them every day. They are very careful not to kill the human, and take good care of them, but think of them sort of like livestock.

You could always just come up with a name. I mean, like something completely random. Something that sounds like it should be in a fantasy book that fits the faeries. Come up with a made-up word that supposedly means something like "blood-drinker" or "immortal." That's what I would do.
