What is "Fashionably Chic"?

I'm going to fashion week in my country, and the attire is "Fashionably Chic" What is that? I'm 15 by the way, and this is a fashion show with grown ups.

To me, Chic is sort of mature, sophisticated and girly looks. It's more dressy as well. Wear a cute, yet simple dress. Maybe try a black or pink colored one. Wear some small heels and if it's cold, you could wear a nice peacoat over top. You could also loosely curl your hair and that would look nice. Hope this helps and have fun!
