Can you look at these sketches and give me advice? (pic)?

I can't get sitting figures to look right. Is there one key thing I can do to improve how they look?

I have a weird approach to drawing, I create a cloud of the figure then when the impression seems right I fill out the detail. I've tried the skeleton and contour approaches but I have difficulty with those.

They look pretty good to me. All I can say, is that remember that most of the times people do not fully lay their backs against the back of the chair (unless the chair is very upright, or they are tired, lazy, bored...). They all have very non-formal poses too. Maybe try practicing crossing their legs and stuff. always use references if you're unsure about the pose.
